The classes have allowed me to begin practising yoga again which I didn't know would be possible due to lower back problems.


Ellie’s classes are gentle but effective. Totally non-threatening. Different levels of poses makes it accessible for all and allows me to see my progress.

Relaxed, friendly and an open atmosphere for a newbie to yoga.


Ellie is great at creating a very calm and client focused class. She always has time to give each person her attention and definitely makes me feel at ease and valued.


I enjoy the combination of atmosphere and teaching style in Ellie’s classes. She manages the varying levels very well which isn't easy to do.
